If any of these questions apply to you, then a personal trainer can help. Personal training sessions can be generally be carried out with minimal equipment in the comfort of your own home (all necessary equipment will be provided). If convenient you are also welcome at my home where I have my own spinning bike and rower. You will have the undivided attention of your own personal trainer so you may ask any questions freely and without worrying about what other people are thinking. There will be no longer any reason to hide at the back ! Following completion of your questionnaire, your initial session will include a fitness assessment where you will be weighed and your body fat calculated (optional). I will then prepare you your own personal programme, taking into account the information supplied and your chosen goals. Sessions may include any combination of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. You will be taught the correct technique for all exercises, which is important to guard against possible injury. If required, exercises can be tailored especially for specific medical conditions. Activities could include running, cycling, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, weights, stability ball work, aerobics, skipping, stretching, Vibration training or many more.
