Personal training sessions can be done in the comfort of your
own home or if you are able you are welcome at my home where I also
have my own spinning bike and rower. All other equipment is transportable
and there is nothing that you can do in the gym that can't be done
at a home.
Your initial session will include a fitness assessment where you
will be weighed and your body fat will be calculated.
I will then design you, your own personal fitness programme and
motivate you every step of the way to reach your goals. Various
activities could include kickboxing, yoga, pilates, weights, stability
ball work, aerobics, skipping or my own stretch and relax session. |
