Motivation121.com - Qualifications My qualifications to date : I pride myself on constantly being in tune with then new "in thing" and being up to date within the industry, so my workouts are always varied and fun. I go regularly on courses to update my knowledge and masterclasses and workshops to keep up to date with anything new. My main qualifications that I hold are:-
I have also taken various certified courses in Aqua, Spinning, Boxercise, Power Chi Yoga (up to Level 4), Fitness Yoga and Fitness Pilates. I also hold a current First Aid certificate.
