Music to accompany the yoga workout. This is by no means a requirement to the workout as you can use your own background music if you prefer, but due to licensing laws I was unable to get the rights. This music is fantastic and I have yet to come across anyone who doesn’t like it - it certainly does make working out more meaningful ! CD £15

Relaxation at home with Gillian
This is a CD where I will take you through 4 fantastic, relaxing journeys. I always do this part at the end of my Yoga and Pilates workouts and they are a great accompaniment to those videos or just play it when you are on your own and trying to relax and unwind. CD £15
