I have always been fitness mad throughout my life and it has
always played a big part in my weekly routine. I had always wanted
to be an aerobics instructor but never quite got round to doing
something about it.
When my husband’s job moved us to Barcelona for 4 years,
I had the excuse I needed to change careers. I trained in beauty
therapy and massage and when we were coming back to the UK I decided
to realise my dream and train as an aerobics instructor. Once I
qualified in July 2000, I decided to hire the local hall to get
started in my new career. Aerobacize was born in Felsted. This was
just the beginning. I found a flair and love for designing aerobic
classes that were fun, motivating and effective and I loved the
satisfaction I got from clients when they told me how much they
enjoyed the classes or how much weight they had lost or how much
better they felt and how they had developed muscles they never knew
could exist. I knew that personal training was the next step for
me. |

From there I then enrolled on many other courses to increase my skills
and knowledge and took my first job in my local sports centre as their
aerobics instructor, where I worked for 2 years. Meanwhile I built up
my client base and my reputation in the area and I now work for 2 health
clubs and I still take that original aerobic class in the local hall.
I am passionate about fitness and I firmly believe that everyone can have
the body and fitness levels that they want if they put the effort in and
are honest with themselves.
In this industry things are constantly changing and new ideas coming
through. I like to think I am innovative in my ideas and I am constantly
updating my knowledge and keeping abreast of the industry developments
by attending workshops, seminars and enrolling on new courses.
I am fully insured and qualified to work with anyone with conditions
like asthma, arthritis, diabetes, hypertension and osteoporosis as well
as pre and post natal.
I am a very motivating and fun person and I absolutely love my job. I
